21 For this cause the Jews caught me in the (A)Temple, and went about to kill me.

22 [a]Nevertheless, I obtained help of God, and continue unto this day, witnessing both to [b]small and to great, saying none other things, than those which the Prophets and Moses did say should come,

23 To wit, that Christ should [c]suffer, and that he should be the [d]first that should rise from the dead, and should show [e]light unto this people, and to the Gentiles.
